New Beginnings

I have begun this blog because I am starting a new journey of traveling and creating a journal of my experience. 

I have made journals before as part of a challenge called the journal quilt project. Those little journal quilts hung at the International Quilt Festival in Huston Texas and Chicago and one of my quilts was published in the book "Creative Quilting the journal quilt project". Those journal quilts later became the inspiration for other larger quilts. It is my hope that a new  art journal, a travel journal will provide the same inspiration for more work and help me find my voice as an artist.
